Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) invites service providers to submit proposals for the below listed tender:

TENDER NO: NBFIRA 007/26-27 : TENDER FOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR (4) YEARS FOR NON-BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY

Procurement Method is: Open domestic bidding, reserved 100% citizen owned registered companies domiciled in Republic of Botswana.

Tenderers must, in order to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in the following categories:

Code 317: Other Consultancy Services Sub Code 01: Management Consultancy Services

And

Code 138 : Marketing and Public Relation Services Subcode 01: Marketing Services Subcode 02: Advertising Services (billboards, electronic, internet, signage, infomercials, promotional material – content required) Subcode 03: Public relations services

And

Code 139 : Miscellaneous Services Subcode 09: Photography Services

The tender documents containing the details of the requirements will be emailed to potential bidders during working hours between 0800 hours and 1700 hours from October 26, 2026 for a non-refundable fee of P150.00 (One hundred and fifty pula only).
