SUBJECT: INDUSTRY CONSULTATIONS ON NBFIRA’S COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF THE SUPERVISORY AND LICENSING FEES FRAMEWORK
1. The subject matter refers.
2. The Regulatory Authority wishes to inform all Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) of its intention to undertake the comprehensive review of the current supervisory levy and fees structures/model across ALL sectors under its purview.
3. The Authority has taken heed of industry feedback regarding the need for this exercise to be carried out, especially as no comprehensive review has been undertaken since the introduction of the supervisory levies and other fees.
