Code of Conduct for Employees MDEC is fully committed to be the standard bearer of good corporate behavior, and it is every employee’s duty to ensure adherence to the highest ethical standards.

This Code serves as guidance on the standards of behavior expected of all MDEC’s employee in our business affairs.

Code of Conduct for Vendors MDEC expects its bidders, suppliers, contractors, consultants or other service providers (“Suppliers”), recipients of cash grants or sponsorship from MDEC (“Recipients”), persons who participate in any of the programs launched or undertaken by MDEC (“Participants”) and its clients (“Clients”) to conduct their respective businesses in the most ethical and professional manner.
