Rimfrost invests in pet nutrition and health

With the newly hired Hallgeir Sterten and Hilde Mosand, Rimfrost invests in R&D, sales and marketing for our unique krill products for pets. Hallgeir has 40 years experience from the animal feed industry, and Hilde Mosand has worked 20 years in animal health.
Rimfrost has developed and implemented a unique patented process for enzymatic hydrolysis of krill, which facilitates the removal of the krill shells. As a result of removing the shells, the fluoride content of the products are also very low. The gentle processing method enables the levels of omega-3 phospholipids, astaxanthin, marine proteins with high biologial value and choline to remain stable throughout the process.
