Personal Doctor
Whenever you have a health concern, your personal doctor is your first point of contact.
Your doctor will help assess your condition, give you the necessary recommendations and, if needed, refer you to a specialist or for further examinations.
To schedule an appointment with your personal doctor, simply contact the company or clinic hotline.
Outpatient Care
If you need planned medical care, start by visiting your personal doctor.
If necessary, your doctor will refer you to a specialist, examination or other outpatient service.
With a referral from your personal doctor, your insurance card and a valid ID, the part covered by your insurance will be paid according to the terms of your policy.
Medications
If you need medication, visit your personal doctor first.
Your doctor will prescribe the necessary medication, which you can purchase from a partner pharmacy. You will only pay the part of the cost specified in your insurance terms.
The cost of medication required for up to one month of treatment can be covered at a time.
Hospitalization
In case of an emergency hospitalisation or an accident, contact the company hotline as soon as possible.
