Part four of Article 43 of theRA law on Banks and Banking Activity（http://parliament.am/law_docs/300696HO68eng.pdf?lang=eng） , gives each stakeholder of ArmSwissBank CJSC the right to receive copies of the Bank’s last annual report and external audit reports.

Each stakeholder possessing 2% or more of the voting stocks issued by the Bank is eligible to receive information defined by the fourth and fifth parts of Article 43.

We provide all of the above information free within three working days after receiving the written application of a stakeholder. The written application can be presented in hand at ArmSwissBank's headquarters, by email or post (10 Vazgen Sargsyan, 0010, Yerevan, RA).
