SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
You may schedule your appointment online or by calling us, Our reservation specialist is available to advise and assist you with treatment selection based on your expectation. In order to secure your appointment, we will request a credit card during the reservation process. However, on the day of your appointment, you may pay for your treatments with cash, credit card, or gift card.
CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Many times, our staff may be on call and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service; therefore, this policy helps compensate them for their time and recover lost revenue. A credit card or gift certificate is required to secure bookings; however, you will only be charged in the event of late cancellation or no-show. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, The Lotus Center Spa gift certificates, cash, and cheques. Note: Only gift certificates purchased directly from us, have full cash value and hence can be used for treatments, products, and gratuity.
GROUPS ARE WELCOME
We are happy to accommodate groups of all sizes. The Lotus Center is a perfect place to gather with friends or business associates and make you feel pampered. Our customized treatments and personalized service make us the ideal location for any special occasion. The entire spa will be dedicated to your group to make it a memorable spa experience to one and all. We can also come to your location.
