Guidance and Counselling

Tutors

Student tutors support first-year students and incoming international exchange students in adapting to the study environment and starting their studies successfully. They also help first-year students address challenges that may arise during the beginning of their studies.

Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences provides a range of student support services to help students throughout their studies. These services include academic counselling, psychological counselling, career counselling and tutoring.

Communication with tutors is confidential. This means that your tutor will not share the information with anyone else.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact a tutor.

The tutors at Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences for the autumn semester of 2026 are:

Milana Arm - milana.arm@student.ttk.ee

My name is Milana, and I am studying to become a childminder. I became a tutor because I enjoy communicating with people and helping others. I am open and cheerful, and I understand that managing on your own can seem difficult at first. You can always contact me with any questions you may have.

Reigo Raud - reigo.raud@student.ttk.ee

My name is Reigo Raud and I am studying Mental Health Nursing in the Health Sciences programme at Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences.

As a tutor, it is important to me that every student – whether starting their first year or coming from further away – feels welcome and supported at the beginning of their studies. From my own experience, I know that adjusting to a new study and living environment can be exciting but also challenging. I am happy to help with questions related to student life and adjusting to the university environment.

I value open communication, trust and a supportive atmosphere where you can always ask questions. I am happy to support you throughout your studies and help you feel comfortable and confident at Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences.

Kersti Steinwald - kersti.steinwald@student.ttk.ee

My name is Kersti Steinwald and I am a second-year Pharmacy student at Tallinn Health University of Applied Sciences. Having already adjusted to student life myself, I am happy to help new students who are still finding their way.

From my own experience, I know that arriving in a new city or country can be challenging at first and that many questions may come up. That is why I am here to help you find answers to questions related to both everyday life and your studies.

Feel free to contact me and we can find solutions together.
