ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
We welcome organizations from any industry that are legally registered in Bermuda, a 50% employee survey completion; or a minimum 25 employees. Registration Closes April 17th Closed for Entries
THE SURVEYS
Top Ten consists of two surveys conducted by our partners at Global Research – Employer Surveys and Employee Surveys:
EMPLOYER SURVEYS
Each organization is required to complete one Management Survey.
The survey collects information about your organization’s size, industry, age and other local qualifying details.
Employer Surveys must be completed by Friday May 15th.
EMPLOYEE SURVEY
50% of the organization’s employees are required to complete the employee survey.
The survey uses a scale of 0-10 to rate questions, where 10 indicates strong agreement and 0 indicates strong disagreement
Employee Surveys are anonymous and confidential
Employee Surveys must be completed by Friday June 5.
SURVEY RESULTS
All participants will be contacted in June and advised if they are a successful Top Ten Finalist.
All participants will receive a brief summary of their results with an option to purchase a full report.
Finalists will not be informed of their ranking until the awards ceremony.
