Door of Return

Ghana is calling you to come home (BRA FIE) and Connect!

Four hundred years ago, Africans were forcibly taken to the shores of what is now the United States. In Ghana, enslaved people were taken through the “Door of No Return” and put on ships as part of the Transatlantic Slave Trade never to see their families or homeland again.

Now, Ghana is calling you to come home! Project OKURASE is guiding a culture and heritage experience to EXPLORE, LEARN, CONNECT, and HEAL together with the people of Ghana.
