All Latvian commercial banks recognize our valuation reports.
We provide a valuation of all real estate types in Latvia without territorial, property type, and value restrictions to buyers, sellers, lessors, investors, etc. Latio is an associate of the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers (LĪVA).

Valuation of business (company) and specialized property

Valuation of movable property and forest stands

Valuation of an apartment in 2 to 3 business days (Riga, its closest municipalities, and Jurmala), rest of Latvia in 3 to 5 business days.
Valuation of a detached house or a building plot in 3 to 5 business days.
Valuation of commercial properties in 4 or 5 business days.
The valuation time of larger properties depends on their complexity (starting from 5 business days).
The timing is given for the work that is required for the preparation of the valuation report after the actual examination of the property and reception of the documents.
