It gives me great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the Department of Finance and Banking Sciences, a new and promising academic institution that now joins the family of Iraq University College. Today, the global financial landscape is witnessing a genuine revolution, as traditional finance and banking sciences have become increasingly integrated with digital solutions, technological innovations, and smart markets.
