Changes regarding assistance and registration in case of an accident
By means of this joint statement, the following insurance companies, Citizens, Ennia, Guardian Group Fatum, Massy United Insurance, and New India Assurance would like to report that:
The Traffic Department of the Police has decided that as of March 1, 2016, the insurance companies themselves can register the traffic accidents for their clients, that do not involve injured people or violations committed against the law (e.g.. driving under influence, without a driver’s license, without car insurance).
Citizens, Ennia, Guardian Group Fatum, Massy United Insurance, and New India Assurance emphasize that it is very important that registration of all traffic accidents of their clients be centralized and that this should be done exclusively through ForenSys Aruba by calling 165.
ForenSys is an impartial company with more than 20 years of experience and it is not affiliated with any insurance company.
It provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
