Hiwot Ethiopia , in partnership with Social Development Direct , is committed to implementing a Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) programme from 2025 to 2030 as part of the RSH2 initiative . This programme aims to strengthen understanding, accountability, and adherence to PSEAH principles across multiple sectors.
One of the major activities carried out in 2025 was a nationwide assessment conducted with the active participation of a wide range of stakeholders across the country. The assessment evaluated how well civil society organizations (CSOs) , government institutions , and private sector actors understand and apply PSEAH principles in their operations.
The assessment was led by Hiwot Ethiopia in collaboration with the RSH2 technical team , using a combination of desk reviews , focus group discussions , and key informant interviews to ensure comprehensive and inclusive findings.
