Ukuri ku Ijambo Perezida Tshisekedi yagejeje ku bitabiriye inama ya Global Gateway 2025 i Bruxelles

Perezida wa DRC yagiye akoresha kenshi kandi ku mugaragaro imvugo yuzuyemo urwango n’ubushotoranyi ku Rwanda, cyane cyane mu gihe cyo kwiyamamariza kongera kuyobora Kongo, aho yagereranyije Perezida w’u Rwanda na “Hitler” ndetse anavuga ko azashora intambara ku Rwanda. Yirase ko indege zitagira abapilote (drones) zizatera ibisasu i Kigali. Yiyemeje “gukorana n’abanzi b’u Rwanda” kugira ngo ahirike Guverinoma y’u Rwanda kandi “abohore Abanyarwanda.” Perezida wa DRC yagiye agaragaza kenshi imyitwarire y’ubushotoranyi n’ubwirasi mu nama zose zo mu karere no ku rwego mpuzamahanga, harimo no gusabira ibihano u Rwanda mu Nteko Rusange y’Umuryango w’Abibumbye. Abayobozi bo mu DRC bakomeje gukwirakwiza imvugo z'urwango n’ubushotoranyi mu baturage bayo, bakagereka amakosa yose ku Rwanda, kugeza ku rwego byamaze kuba byenda gusetsa.
Ibi birimo no kuba uwahoze ari Minisitiri w’Ubutabera wa DRC yarakunze kwibasira no guhoza ku nkeke Abanyarwanda n’Abatutsi b’Abanyekongo, akabishyira ku Rwanda; nyuma yaje guhamwa n’ibyaha byo gukoresha nabi umutungo wa Leta maze arafungwa.
Harimo kandi gutoza abana mu mashuri yo muri DRC ingengabitekerezo y’urwango ku batutsi n’u Rwanda by’umwihariko. N’ubukangurambaga bugamije kurwanya u Rwanda mu bihugu bitandukanye hirya no hino ku isi.
Hari kandi ibikorwa byo guhungabanya ubufatanye mpuzamahanga na Visit Rwanda mu rwego rwa siporo. Aya mahirwe yararangiye, ni perezida wa RDC wenyine ushobora guhagarika ubu bukana, yibanda cyane ku ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry'amasezerano yashyizweho agamije kugarura amahoro.
U Rwanda rwagerageje inshuro nyinshi gukemura ibibazo hagati y’impande zombi, cyane cyane ikibazo cy’umutwe wa FDLR ushyigikiwe na RDC, ariko RDC ihitamo inzira ya gisirikare, ihamagaza ingabo z’amahanga n’abacanshuro kurwana intambara zayo z’imbere mu gihugu, ari nako ikomeza gushotora u Rwanda.
Perezida wa RDC yirengagije kandi asuzugura amasezerano ya politiki n’ububanyi n’amahanga yashyizweho n’uturere twa EAC, SADC na AU kugira ngo haboneke umuti w’amahoro. Yanze kandi gushyira mu bikorwa amasezerano y’amahoro y’i Washington, cyane cyane yanze guhagarika no gusenya FDLR irwana ifatanyije n’ingabo ze za FARDC.
Perezida wa RDC yanze kandi ku munota wa nyuma kwemeza amasezerano y’ubukungu hagati ya RDC n’u Rwanda, nyamara yari yararanogejwe n'amatsinda y'ibihugu byombi, ari nta nkomyi.
Ishyirwa mu bikorwa ry’ayo masezerano rigomba gukorwa ku mpande zombi kandi rigakurikiranwa n’abazigize nk’uko amasezerano abiteganya.

Perezida Tshisekedi agomba guhagarara ku byo avuga, ndetse agashyira mu bikorwa ibyasinywe na Leta ya Kongo, ndetse akubaha ibyo abafatanyabikorwa bo mu karere n’abafatanyabikorwa mpuzamahanga bagerageza gukora mu gushakisha igisubizo cy’ amahoro.
