Community Involvement
The CYS is well known within the community for its support of other agencies and initiatives. We make regular contributions to support local charitable causes.
Through our Pack for a Purpose initiative we support:
FSN (Family Support Network)（https://familysupportbvi.org/）: Supporting individuals, couples and families affected by domestic violence.
YEP (Youth Empowerment Project) BVI（https://yepbvi.com/） - a safe haven for young people providing them opportunities and activities to develop them as community minded citizens with aspirations to reach their full potential.
KATS (Kids and the Sea) Swim（https://www.facebook.com/katsbvi/）: Promoting safety on and around the sea for young people. KATS water sports program offers swimming, sea skills, sailing, and scuba diving to BVI youth.
PAW BVI（https://pawbvi.org/）: Aims to decrease the number of homeless, abandoned and unwanted dogs and cats by funding spaying and neutering of stray animals and "owned" animals whose owners can't afford to have it done privately. PAW has a network of volunteer fosterers who fill in the gap until homes can be found or they can be sent to rescue partners in the USA.
