Independent Evaluation of CIF’s Technical Assistance Facility (TAF)
This independent evaluation assessed the CIF Technical Assistance Facility’s (CIF-TAF) performance and strategic contribution to generate actionable lessons for the future direction of CIF’s technical assistance and potential successor mechanisms. The evaluation provides a comprehensive, evidence-based, and forward-looking assessment of CIF-TAF’s progress since its establishment.
