Returns & Exchanges
We want you to have the right material. If something is not right, here is how we put it straight.
The short version
Unused, resaleable stock items can be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Anything we got wrong, we fix at our cost.
What we accept
Stocked items in original, unopened, resaleable condition, returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
Proof of purchase — an invoice, delivery note or account reference.
Items that are faulty, damaged in transit or supplied in error. These are collected, replaced or credited in full at our cost, with no restocking fee.
What we cannot accept
Special-order and non-stocked items brought in specifically for you.
Cut-to-length material — lumber, rebar, wire, pipe and trim cut to your dimensions.
Mixed, tinted or custom-batched products.
Items that have been installed, modified, weathered or stored on site in a way that has made them unsaleable.
Opened bags of cement, compound, adhesive or sealant, and any product past its shelf life.
