Fostering Entrepreneurship & Employability Sustainable Livelihoods.
Recognizing the strong link between economic empowerment and improved health and social outcomes, BOFWA’s Economic Strengthening Program equips young people with essential life and employability skills and opportunities needed to achieve financial independence and secure employment. This initiative addresses the socio-economic barriers that often limit access to healthcare and perpetuate cycles of poverty. By fostering entrepreneurship and enhancing participants’ employability, the program creates pathways for sustainable livelihoods, leading to greater self-reliance and active economic participation, thus contributing to holistic community development.
Program Objectives .
Entrepreneurship and Employability Training: To provide young people with the skills and knowledge to start, manage, and grow successful businesses, as well as essential life and employability skills to secure meaningful employment. To foster innovative thinking and resilience in navigating both the entrepreneurial and employment landscapes.
Market Access Opportunities: To create platforms such as expos and trade fairs that enable young entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services.
