Compulsory Membership

The membership for the listed companies with BAPLC has been made compulsory as per directive of the Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission, vide Bangladesh Gazette dated 26th April 2010 as published at page No. 2522 as follows:

“(3) All listed companies are required to submit to the Exchange a certificate of membership of Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC), which has been made compulsory by the Ministry of Commerce as per Office Order No. MC/OBA-6/A-2/99/216 dated 15th August 2005 and published in the Bangladesh Gazette dated 18th August 2005.
