Temporary Changes to Shops & Dining After Security
Dear travelers,
Starting May 1st, 2026, you may notice that most shops and food & beverage locations on the right side after security are closed. This is part of the preparation for the next phase of Gateway 2030 – Phase 1B.
Please rest assured that these shops and dining options will be relocated to other gate areas in the coming months.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue enhancing our airport to create a better travel experience for everyone.

Passenger Flow Control for U.S.-Bound Travelers
To ensure an efficient and comfortable experience, passenger flow control measures are in place for all U.S.-bound travelers.
Passengers traveling to the United States may enter the U.S. Check-In Terminal no earlier than 3 hours before their scheduled departure time.
Entry times are managed through a color-coded system shared by Aruba Airport, based on your flight’s scheduled departure.
If you arrive earlier than your permitted time, you will be asked to wait outside the terminal until your group is called.
If Your Flight Is Delayed
If your flight is delayed, you are still required to arrive at the airport according to your original scheduled departure time, not the updated (delayed) time. For further guidance, please contact your airline directly.
Step 1: Check-In
Online or Mobile Check-In
You can check in online or through your airline’s app up to 24 hours before your flight.
Have your boarding pass (digital or printed) ready.
If you have checked luggage, visit your airline’s check-in counter or, for U.S. flights, use the self-service kiosk to print bag tags and drop off your bags at the Self-Bag Drop.
Self-Bag Drop is available only for U.S.-bound passengers.
