The International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health
The International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health (OIRSA) is a technical organization established to provide administrative and technical support to the Ministries or Secretariats of Agriculture from its member countries, to protect and develop their agricultural resources in order to achieve a healthy production to satisfy population’s demands and provide well being.
