As many of you will know Anguilla Finance recently conducted a major global survey that sought to explore future opportunities for our great island. The survey results are currently being analyzed and will be published shortly. That said, we couldn’t help but give you a glimpse of some of the outcomes, because they are pretty exciting.

During the COVID-19 period many organizations are having their staff work remotely using electronic facilities such as Zoom or WhatsApp and they have found that they like it that way… and with no noticeable reduction in work ethic or productivity. Add to that the reduction of costs on premises and many feel that they will stay this way for the foreseeable future… with good reason.

So no, or little, reason for individuals to be based in one central location… in fact they could be sitting on a beach in Anguilla rather than 53 floors above Hong Kong or London with all the inherent health risks and poor work/life balance.
